Nocturne ("the app") is designed to respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the app does and does not handle.

Data we collect: None. Nocturne has no user accounts, no backend server, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. All of your data — session history, streaks, saved frequencies, companion progress, and preferences — is stored only on your device. We never see it, collect it, or transmit it anywhere.

Purchases: Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Nocturne does not receive or store your name, email, or payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Notifications: If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves your device.

Children: Nocturne does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes: If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL.
